The last thing you need to worry about after the pipe breaks is who will clean up and how. Night & Day offers 24 hour emergency service in the unhappy event you are affected by a pipe burst or other fluid leak problem (ahem.. this includes pets, skunks and the like).

When we arrive on the scene we conduct a short but intensive inspection. We measure, then monitor humidity levels and water encroachment. We get the standing water out - fast - using our truck-mounted vacuums and water extraction tools. And we remove any other materials, like carpet padding and insulation, from the premises.

For drying needs we have a state-of-the-art TES Thermal Energy heating system.  Our TES system can dry a structure in record time, minimizing damage. 

We also have a large inventory of portable dryer/blowers and LGR de-humidifiers. We also have state-of-the-art HEPA air scrubbers. If there is something your situation requires that we don't have - we'll get it for you. We have access to (and experience with) the latest commercial-grade heating and drying equipment and cryo-blasting euipment available.

Due to the overwhelming number of lawsuits regarding mold and the resulitng astronomical cost of liability insurance we do not offer mold mitigation services.

Emergency Tips for Home or Office

Do

Stop the water flow if possible

Remove as much excess water as possible

Towel wood furniture, counter tops etc.

Relocate all knick-knacks, lamps etc. to a dry safe place

Use wax paper or wood blocks under furniture that cannot be relocated to a dry area

Pin up draperies and upholstery skirts to prevent water circles

Turn on your HVAC system, provided water has not entered the ducts

Remove all non-color fast items like rugs, pillows etc and place in a dry area

Remove all loose items on the floor to a dry area

Don't

Go near contaminated (sewer) water

Use electrical appliances and outlets in wet areas

Use your household vacuum to extract water

Place wet items on any absorbent surface

Turn on your HVAC system if water has traveled in or through the ducts

Enter rooms if the ceiling is wet and sagging

Leave absorbent materials like boxes, papers, pillows etc in the wet area

Let children or the elderly enter the affected areas
