Night & Day LLC was formed in 2005 by John & Lene Whitby when they bought Night & Day Janitorial, Inc. and Night & Day Total Floor Care, Inc. 

The 'original' Night & Day had established itself as the leading janitorial and floor care business in the Telluride area.

Since founding the new Night & Day in 2005, John and Lene continue to make investments and to focus on delivering the very highest level of cleaning and floor care services.

John is a refugee from the corporate world.  Before Night & Day he was a Partner with Deloitte Consulting where he helped companies improve their operations.  His clients included Remington Products, BIC, Snapple and illy caffe'.  John has held executive positions in a number of companies, including General Electric. He earned his MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School and a BA in finance from the University of Utah. John is a native of Utah. John is responsible for Night & Day's floor care, flood cleanup and commercial businesses.

Lene was born and raised in Denmark.  As a young adult she moved to the US, married John and started a family of five children.  In her spare time she has done an enormous amount of volunteer work with teenage girls and their leaders, the Women's Relief Society of her church, and also found time to become a garderner and quilter.  Lene is responsible for Night & Day's high-end residential cleaning business.
